Hooda attacks Chaudhary Birender on ClU

Turning tables on the allegations of Union Minister Chaudhary Birender Singh on rampant misuse of Change of land Use (ClU), former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupender Singh Hooda on Tuesday said if the Union Minister thought there was something  fishy in the process of granting Change of land Use (ClU) certificates in Congress regime, then he should first return the ClU’s, that he himself had taken for opening a college and petrol pump.

Stating ClU’s to be a step in direction of development, he said that not only Chaudhary Birender Singh but many other BJP leaders had got ClU’s released for different purposes.

Refuting allegations made by Chaudhary Birender Singh one by one, Hooda said that if land were released after notifications in his Government then Chaudhary Birender Singh must see the case of Bawal, where BJP has released 3800 Acre land despite the notifications of land Acquisition for the same. On the allegations about SEZ’s in Haryana, he said that State Government did not approve a single SEZ in the State and the approval of the SEZ’s were granted by the Union Government.

Reacting to the orders of Supreme Court on Panchayat elections, Hooda said that BJP was trying to dictate its terms on people’s will. Terming the move of the Government to make minimum education mandatory for contesting Panchayat Elections to be ill-timed, Hooda said that it was a well thought strategy of the State Government just to delay the elections.

“Haryana Government did not want to go in Panchayat elections before the Bihar elections are over. If the Government still sticks to its decision then it should first seek resignations of all its MlAs who are not well educated,” he said.

He said that the success of Congress Rally in Delhi is a clear indication that people are annoyed with BJP Government.
