Haryana Chief Minister Manohar lal has announced to increase the ceiling amount of summer as well as winter uniforms’ allowance of State Roadways employees for the year 2015-16.
An official spokesman said that while the ceiling of summer uniform allowance has been raised from `1,000 per year to `1,350 per year for two uniforms being issued to the entitled employees, that of winter uniform has also been raised from `1,000 to `1,450 for one uniform being issued once in three years. The increased ceiling amount would be applicable with effect from the current financial year.
He said that the Chief Minister has also announced to release the payment of the arrear of summer uniform in cash to the entitled employees of the State Roadways for the year 2014-15. Directions have also been issued to expeditiously procure summer uniforms for the year 2015-16.
