Keeping in view the swarna jayanti year celebrations in the state, Haryana Housing Board (HHB) has decided to grant an opportunity to the allottees of BPl houses who had earlier failed to take possession within the stipulated period, to take possession of their flats by October 31.
Chairman Housing Board, Jawahar Yadav said that all such allottees of BPl houses who were allotted flats since January 2016 but could not take possession within 30 days of offer of possession due to some reason, could take possession of their flats by depositing the required documents alongwith demand draft up to October 31 in the office of concerned Estate Manager.
He said that in case the allottees fail to avail this one time golden opportunity within the prescribed time, the allotment of flats would be cancelled.
