Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Gian Chand Gupta on Wednesday constituted 11 committees for the remaining period of 2019-2020 and has also nominated members for them.
An official spokesman said that Deputy Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha Ranbir Singh Gangwa has been nominated the Ex-Officio Chairperson for the House Committee whereas MLAs Aseem Goel, Dura Ram, Pardeep Chaudhary, Randhir Singh Gollen have been nominated as the Members of the Committee.
Harvinder Kalyan has been nominated as the Chairperson for the Committee on Public Accounts whereas MLAs namely Kiran Choudhry, Dura Ram, Abhe Singh Yadav, Sudhir Kumar, Varun Chaudhry, Mamman Khan, Jogi Ram Sihag, and Nayan Pal Rawat, have been nominated as the Members of the Committee.
Other MLAs who have been nominated as Chairpersons of committees include Subhash Sudha as Chairperson for Committee on Estimates, Aseem Goel as the Chairperson for Committee on Public Undertakings, Ishwar Singh as Chairperson for Committee on the Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes.
