The new reservation policy of Haryana would come into effect for the first time in the recruitment of 2992 posts of Class III by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission. The panel has invited applications for the recruitment in various departments wherein ten per cent reservation has been marked in favour of Special BCs, including Bishnoi, Jat, Jat Sikh, Roar and Tyagi castes and 10% reservation of posts for economically backward persons in General Caste provided the total annual income of the family does not exceed Rs 2.5 lakh. Other reservations in these posts have also been made as per the policy of the Government.
