There are 10,245 such employees in all 21 districts of the state, whose average monthly salary is Rs13,000. For these employees, the Government would bear a burden of about Rs1.81 crore per month. Similarly, the Government would contribute about Rs32.67 lakh per month  in the accounts of about 1,600 employees, whose average monthly salary is about Rs15,000, said Vij.

The Minister said that the Government has divided the EPF organisation into four parts for smooth operation of this process in Haryana. The Karnal division included Karnal, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Yamunanagar, Panipat, Ambala, Sonipat and Panchkula and Gurgaon division included Gurgaon, Mahendragarh, Mewat, and Rewari.
