Haryana Government has constituted a four-member Committee to consider the re-fixation of terms and conditions of Senior Additional Advocate General, Additional Advocate General, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Deputy Advocate General and Assistant Advocate General.
Besides, it will also consider the matter of rates of fees to panel of advocates for conducting cases of State Government in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and sub-ordinate Courts in Delhi, Central Administrative Tribunal and other Tribunals.The member committee includes Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Advocate General, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, law Secretary-cum-legal Remembrance, law and legislative Department.
Sanjay Joon, Special Secretary, Home-II Department will act as convener of the Committee.
