In a bid to help students seek overseas employment and make qualifications more transparent, the Haryana Govern-ment has decided to adopt National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) compliant curriculum.
A decision to adopt NSQF curriculum was taken at the meeting of the Governing Council of Haryana State Board of Technical Education (HSBTE).
The NSQF curriculum will also facilitate mobility from vocational to general education and from general to vocational education. The NSQF is a competency-based framework which helps make qualifications more transparent and organises all qualifications according to a series of levels of knowledge, skills and aptitude, said an official spokesman.
