In a first-of-its kind workshop with the luminaries of the teaching fraternity from educational institutions spread across the country, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar lal on Tuesday offered to set up an Education University, a Sports University and a Skill Development University in Haryana.
Addressing the participants on the concluding day of two-day brainstorming workshop ‘Smagra Shiksha-Mukt Vimarsh’, the Chief Minister said that only good teachers could improve the quality of education at all levels. He also said that the Government would introduce School leadership Training courses for teachers while breaking a new path in service training by reaching MoUs with premier community based organizations active in this field.
