The Haryana Government has notified the procedure for processing cases for grant of permission for Change of land Use (ClU) within the limits of municipal corporations, municipal councils or committees in the State.
The procedure will have to be followed by concerned authorities. A spokesman said that for the purposes of grant or refusal of permission for ClU, the powers of Director, urban local bodies, have been delegated to the commissioners of municipal corporations. In case of municipal councils, these would rest with executive officers or any other authority officiating in that capacity, and secretaries, or other authority officiating as secretaries.
