People in Haryana would not have to visit tehsil office to get information about registration of their land, Intkal or Jamabandi. They will get all these information on the website of Revenue Department from now onwards, said Revenue Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu.
He said that Haryana Government has taken another step to put a check on corruption and to bring transparency in administrative activities. The website www.jamabandi.nic.in has been started to solve the problems being faced by people and to save time. Now, any person can get information of any land in Haryana from this website, he added. The Minister said that data would continue to update after every 15 minutes so that people would get latest data on this website. He said that if any citizen wants to get registration done for sale or purchase of land then he could get related information like collector rate, deed-templates etc from the website. Capt Abhimanyu said that after registration of any land, its photocopy would be made available on the website. Also, copy of jamabandi, registration or intkal etc could be obtained from this website.
