In a bid to bring more transparency in the transaction of property in Haryana, the State Government has made it mandatory to attach photographs of buyers, sellers and of the built up property or plot with the sale deeds.
Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commission, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Krishna Mohan said that this decision has been taken to supplement the measures taken by the Government to check the undervaluation of property.
He said that the photograph should have been taken by a camera which automatically indicates the date on which the photograph was taken. All the Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners in the State have been directed for strict compliance of these instructions, he added.
