To reduce the public grievances and litigation in Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), the State Government has constituted a Disputes Redressal Forum, under which redressal camps regarding grievances of different areas would be held from June 4 and 23.
An official spokesman said that the allottees, Residents Welfare Associations and other interested people may submit their applications or grievances of all kinds at single window counter in Estate Office-I, Estate Office-II, Gurgaon and Estate Office Rewari by May 30. They should also provide their contact number and e-mail address, he added.
Meanwhile, as a part of its ongoing drive to bring more services under the ambit of online mode, HUDA has added two more services for the allottees and the general public. These are online booking of community centres, open spaces and parks; and spot billing of water and sewerage charges and online payments.
