Haryana Chief Minister Manohar lal on Monday announced a number of incentives for the employees, including equal work-equal pay, cashless medical facility and regularisation of services under regularisation policy 2011.
These announcements were made at a meeting held with representatives of the Haryana Karamchari Mahasangh here.
An official spokesman said the Government would implement ‘equal work-equal pay’ policy for the employees engaged under the outsourcing policy in different departments. The government would also implement cashless medical facility for life threatening cases such as cardiac emergency, brain hemorrhage, third stage cancer, and accident, from November 1, 2017, said he.
A proposal to regularise the services of employees under the regularization policy of 2011 would also be considered, he added.
