Haryana has become the first State in the country to install biometric attendance system in all Government Industrial Training Institutes.To monitor employee attendance details, the biometric attendance system has been started in all 143 Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) throughout the state.Haryana Finance and Industrial Training Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu on Monday inaugurated the entire state biometric attendance system in Government Industrial Training Institute at Ambala City.
Capt. Abhimanyu said that Haryana is the first such state where biometric attendance system has been installed in all Government Industrial Training Institutes.He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set a target for making 50 crore countrymen skilled under ‘Make in India’ programme by the year 2022. Similarly, a target has been set in Haryana to make 1.50 crore people skilled by this period.
