Haryana Minister of State for Cooperation, Manish Kumar Grover on Monday said all the cooperative societies in the state have been directed to make their records online and after the updation of record online, there will be transparency in the working of the cooperatives and the Department.
Apart from this, the data of all the societies is likely to be uploaded by August 15 and after this fixed date, the membership of any society will be done online only.
Grover said that about 10,500 registered cooperative societies are currently working and these included mainly primary agriculture co-operative societies, labour and construction societies, group housing societies, house building societies and transport societies.
