Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) president Ashok Tanwar on Thursday said that Congress party in the state has started a new citizen connect programme called ‘JanSamvad’.
Under the programme, he would meet various sections of society representing farmers, industry, associations of professionals, women among others across the state.
Tanwar said that dialogue with stake holders will convert into a larger plan to create a whitepaper and shape policy making which will be implemented in Haryana when Congress comes to power.
Speaking at the inaugural programme, the Haryana Congress chief said, “We want to initiate a new type of governance which is innovation driven, inclusive in approach to include all sections of society and International in vision i.e a global approach of best practices to attend to local issues".
