Haryana Government on Wednesday appointed Jawahar Yadav, officer on special duty (OSD) to Chief Minister as the chairman of Haryana Housing Board and BJP leader Krishna Gahlawat as the chairperson of Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board.
A spokesperson of the State Government said that Jawahar Yadav will now be the chairman of Housing Board, Haryana, whereas Krishna Gahlawat will be the chairperson of Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board.
The Chief Minister Manohar lal had picked Jawahar Yadav as his officer on special duty (OSD) in 2014. Known as Khattar’s confidant, Yadav is a former office-bearer of the student wing of the BJP and ABVP and had worked in Gurgaon during 2014 State Assembly polls where BJP’s Umesh Aggarwal won by a record margin of over 84,000 votes.
On the other hand, former Congress leader Krishna Gahlawat had joined BJP before Assembly polls in 2014.
