Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal will launch 115 Antyodaya Saral Kendras of the State from Karnal on Good Governance Day on December 25. An official spokesman on Saturday said through  these Kendras, the State Government is providing over 400 services of 38 departments, under one roof. In these centres, people are being provided with the benefit of government schemes and other services.

He said people need not go to any department for the services, which are being provided at Saral Kendras. The departmental officials have also been directed to send people at these centres for services.

The spokesman said a workshop would be organised for all the operators before the mega launch of Antyodaya Saral Kendras on December 25, where they would be informed about the eligibility of beneficiaries to avail the benefit of various schemes.

He said any person can apply online on Saral portal from home but need to visit only once at the centre for verification.  After applying online, the applicant would keep getting the status of his application on his mobile.

Two new features have been added to the Saral portal, which included e-Ticketing system and Knowledge Management System. Through e-Ticketing system, any citizen could submit his complaint on Saral portal regarding any service and the concerned department would redress the complaint within 24 hours.

Similarly, through e-Ticketing system, the departmental officials would also be able to submit the problems being faced by them. The Knowledge Management system would provide information to people about services through Saral portal.
