Every district in Haryana will have the facility of a mobile veterinary hospital and diagnostic laboratory. Chief Minister Manohar lal has given approval for establishing the same besides creation of 63 new posts for the smooth functioning of these units. These mobile units will provide on the spot testing and medical facilities to livestock in each district.
A spokesman of State Animal Husbandry Department said that each mobile unit will travel across the districts to conduct tests of livestock so that the cattle-rearers need not visit the veterinary dispensaries or hospital for any type of outbreak of cattle disease and all the facilities will be made avialable.
Out of the total post sanctioned, 21 posts each would be of Veterinary Surgeon, Animal Attendant and Driver, he added.
