To improve public service delivery mechanism and promote citizen centricity of administration, Haryana has been selected as one of the States for a project on pilot basis along with Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Assam and West Bengal.

In this regard, Haryana Government has directed all the head of the departments to provide district-wise list of the employees to Haryana Institute of Public Administration (HIPA), Gurugram or training purposes. The departments have also been asked to coordinate with HIPA regarding the comprehensive online modified modules for induction training (COMMIT) programme and identify employees and nominating them for training in the respective divisional training centre of HIPA or in the district itself, said an official spokesman.

He said that HIPA has identified about 7000 recently recruited group III employees of the State Government and the divisional training centres of HIPA have already started organizing training programmes for these employees under COMMIT.
