Hitting out at BJP Prime Ministerial candidate and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, Haryana Chief Minister said that it is matter of pride that Haryana is ahead of other States in all these spheres.
Referring to Gujarat model of growth, Hooda said that the growth and progress of the economy of any State or country could be gauged on the basis of four parameters; per capita income, per capita investment, per capita planned expenditure and resource mobilisation.
He said, “As per the report of the Planning Commission, Haryana has achieved the mobilisation of resources up to 192 per cent during 11th Five Year Plan against the national average of 92.5 per cent whereas, Gujarat has achieved resource mobilisation of 96.5 per cent only”, Hooda said.
