The Haryana Government has decided that all the Administrative Departments will depute their Heads of Departments to come for personal hearings before the Governor with respect to memorials, for his consideration and final disposal.
An official spokesman said if not the Head of Department then Additional Director or Joint Director-level officers, preferably HCS, will attend the personal hearings.
He said these officers must be well-acquainted with the facts of the case.
The names of officers presenting the case on behalf of the Administrative Departments or Heads of Departments must be intimated to the Deputy Secretary, Haryana Raj Bhavan, at least a week in advance, he added.
