Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal on Thursday said that the State Government after receiving a complaint against any person involved in corruption, gets it investigated and likewise, the same is applicable in the case of former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda.
“Hooda has himself said in Vidhan Sabha that he is not afraid of any investigation and now, he is terming the investigation as political vendetta,” said the Chief Minister while referring to the recent FIR registered at Gurugram against Hooda in a land scam.
He said, “Any justifiable act would not be allowed to happen, be it a complaint against anyone, its investigation would definitely be conducted and if one is not guilty then there is no need to fear.” Without naming rebel BJP MP Rajkumar Saini who has floated his own Loktantra Suraksha party, the Chief Minister said that in every two and a half years, he is involved in party switching and this has now happened for the third time. The public should not get misguided by such people, he added.
