We do not bother about not being invited at the function to lay down the foundation stone of PGIMER Satellite Centre at Sangrur. But, the manner the Centre has humiliated us by ignoring the state government in this regard, is unconstitutional and derogatory,” categorically Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal said here.
