Kailash RM, a registered nurse working as a regular employee in Government Multi-Speciality Hospital, Sector 16 here has been selected for the National Florence Nightingale Award 2014 The Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, has informed that Kailash RM has been selected for the National Florence Nightingale Award 2014 and the award carries Rs50,000, a medal and merit certificate. The President of India will be giving away the award on May 12, Monday at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi. A UT spokesperson said that Kailash RM registered nurse is a resident of Sector 35B here. She has been working as regular employee in GMSH-16 here under Chandigarh Administration since February 7, 1989 to till date.
