A wave of anticipation, happiness and excitement swept the entire Mandi region comprising districts of Mandi, Kullu, Bilspur and lahul Valley after the announcement of Prem Kumar Dhumal as chief ministerial candidate BJP President Amit.
The cadre of the BJP was annoyed with the murky way to intimidate and humiliate Prem Kumar Dhumal by changing his constituency which he had nursed for many years with alleged malicious intention of getting him defeated. He, swallowed the bitter poison as had been done by great philosopher, Socrates centuries back. He stood like a rock with the party, which, at last, realized its blunder.
The decision of Shah has been hailed all over the state and as the uncertainty has been removed, BJP is likely to benefit in the polls scheduled to be held onNovember 9.
Shanta Kumar, a veteran BJP leader has also welcomed the announcement of Dhumal as the chief ministerial candidate. He said now the decimation of the corrupt rule of Congress was a foregone conclusion. “let us all strengthen the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi who had a gigantic task of crushing the communal, terrorist and separatist forces with an iron hand,” he said.
