BJP National General Secretary P Muralidhar Rao on Wednesday exhorted the youth wing of Chandigarh BJP to ensure party’s win in Parliamentary elections scheduled next year.
During a meeting with leaders and workers of Chandigarh BJP youth wing, Rao urged them to reach out to the voters of both urban and rural areas to apprize people about party’s ideology.
Rao also directed the workers to work for strengthening the party at grassroot levels. Youth are the future of this country and youth leaders can play a vital role in strengthening the party, he added.
He said that the country is ready to hand over the reins to the NDA. And, the party has to gear up to remain in touch with the common man and also to actively address their problems and concerns.
During his visit to the city, Rao has met senior party leaders and also reviewed party’s preparation for upcoming lok Sabha elections. The BJP has remained ‘unfortunate’ three times in a row in the lok Sabha elections here.
