Department of School Education, Haryana has launched Sugam Sampark an online application software through which teachers and employees can submit their service benefits related requests online on the portal of the Department.
Director, Secondary Education, Vivek Atray said that after submission of the request, a ticket number would be generated automatically by the system, which would be the reference number for future communication. The employee would also be able to check the status of his request at a later stage by using the ticket number allocated.
He said initially, employees of the Department, except JBTs and Head Teacher, who would also be soon covered for the service, are able to use this portal.
Atray said that a separate Monitoring Cell for coordinating the work of Sugam Sampark has been constituted.
He said requests would be directly sent to the Branch Superintendent with a target date. Superintendent concerned would be responsible to get the request disposed off on priority by the said target date.
After receipt of the request, employee would be informed about the target date. If they do not receive any reply by the target date, only then they can visit the State headquarters.
