Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) would organise e-Auction of 11.76 acre free hold land at Vanijya Nikunj, Phase V, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, on February 12. A spokesman of the Commission said that HSIIDC has been offering a great opportunity for commercial development on this land along with Transit Oriented Development Rights. The site is located in proximity of Ambience Mall, Trident Hotel, Oberoi Hotel, DlF Cyber Hub; opposite Rapid Metro line and DlF Gateway Tower.The spokesman said that a pre bid meeting would be held on January 10 at 2p.m. in HSIIDC office, Gurugram to address queries of intending bidders. Change in terms and conditions, if any, will be made within seven days and the revised bid document would be hosted on the website info@hsiidc.org.in and hsiidc.haryanaeprocurement.gov.in.
