Haryana Principal Secretary (Agriculture) Dr Abhilaksh likhi on Tuesday said Deputy Directors Agriculture (DDAs) would be the controlling officers in their respective districts for supervision, monitoring and implementation of subsidy processing and disbursal under all plan schemes, including State Plan, centrally-shared and central sector schemes. He said all proposals from field officers in this regard would be supervised and monitored by the DDAs concerned.
