Haryana Government has decided that the online transfer policy will now be applicable to the contractual employees also working under outsourcing policy part-II in a Department, Board or Corporation where the cadre strength of a post on which they are working is 80 or more.
An official spokesperson said that it has been observed that thousands of employees are working in certain cadres in many Departments, Boards or Corporations of Haryana Government under outsourcing policy part-ll. Therefore, the decision has been taken to include the contractual employees working under outsourcing policy part-II in the online transfer policy, he said.
