Chief Parliamentary Secretary in Punjab, Avinash Chander on Thursday directed all government, private and government aided colleges to implement the post matric scholarship scheme in true spirit.
Presiding over a meeting here, Chander said that though this scheme had been implemented in 2007 but it could not produce desired results in the past years.
He said that strict action would be initiated against all those institutions, which were not implementing this scheme strictly in accordance with rules.
