Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda has taken a serious note of the numerous complaints being received pertaining to wrongful recoveries from the ineligible BPl households who were identified during the re-survey.
An official spokesman said that the issue came up before the Chief Minister while reviewing the progress of various development programmes and welfare schemes of the Urban local Bodies and Rural Development and Panchayats Departments here. He said that the Chief Minister has directed for re-verification of all the cases adding that till then no recovery should be made from the identified ineligible BPl families.The district authorities have been directed to conduct re-verification in a meticulous way to avoid injustice to anybody.
