To facilitate Class III and IV employees working in the Haryana Civil Secretariat, Haryana Government on Thursday disbursed over Rs 90.50 lakh cash as part of salary for the month of November paid in December to 905 such employees.
These employees received Rs 10,000 each in cash from the Cash Branch, Haryana Civil Secretariat, here. The balance salary would be deposited in their bank accounts as per usual practice.
However, no such facliity was available for other employees who ran from one ATM to the other and one branch of the bank to
other to withdraw some cash for household expenditure at the beginning of the month.
