Taking serious note of reports of a teacher allegedly committing obscene activities with students of Ramuwala’s Government Elementary School near Jaiton in Faridkot, the Punjab Education Minister Daljit Singh Cheema has ordered a departmental enquiry.
The departmental enquiry has been marked under the supervision of, Faridkot Division’s Circle Education Officer Harbans Singh Sandhu, while setting 10-day deadline to submit the complete report.
Cheema also urged the public that they should not take the law in their hands and such types of cases would be dealt seriously as per the law of the land. He also directed the DPI (Secondary Education) Balbir Singh Dhol to personally look after this case. Cheema made it clear that strict action would be taken if the teacher is found guilty.
