Hisar INlD MP Dushyant Chautala on Monday launched a scathing attack at Manohar lal Khattar Government in Haryana over the issue of unemployment in the State.
Chautala said that as per the information sought under RTI, over 388278 youth filed applications for around 8000 vacant posts advertised by Haryana Public Service Commission. From the application, the Commission earned revenue of around Rs 7.22 crore.
However, employment was provided to only 209 youth which is just 2.7 percent of the vacant posts, he said while talking to the mediapersons here.
The INlD MP further said that from 2014 to 2018, 64063 vacancies were advertised but only 13551 posts were filled by Haryana Staff Selection Commission.
HSSC also cancelled recruitments on 8194 posts while applications were received on these posts for revenue generation, he alleged.
Chautala demanded that the State Government should bring in a Bill in upcoming monsoon session of Haryana Vidhan Sabha to give 50 percent jobs to the youth of state in private industries to be set up in the state.
He also announced to hold ‘Rozgar Mera Haq’ protest on September 6 at Gurugram.
Reacting to the FIR registered in land scams, Chautala alleged that Chief Minister Manohar lal is using the stay put on Dhingra Commission report by the Supreme Court, as an excuse to provide a safe passage to former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Robert Vadra and others.
Chautala said the State Government has turned a deaf ear to the chargesheet submitted by INlD four years back, which had enough evidences to book the guilty.
"The BJP Government instead of taking action against Hooda and Vadra provided a safe passage to them as some of the BJP leaders were also involved in shady land deals," Chautala said.
"If all the cases -- pointed out by INlD in its chargesheet submitted to the then Governor are investigated thoroughly, 100 FIRs can be registered against Hooda and others ," he added.
