A centre of excellence is likely to be set up in Haryana with assistance of the Netherlands Government, OP Dhankar, Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister, said at a meeting held at Hague, Netherlands. The meeting was chaired by Indian Ambassador to Netherlands, Venu Rajamony, a statement released here said. Dhankar is leading a delegation to the Netherlands. The meeting was attended by 35 people, including IT experts and entrepreneurs related to agricultural industry from Haryana, and NRIs. Discussion on Indo-Dutch Business Promotion, especially on floriculture and water management, was held at the meeting which also explored avenues for cooperation in the field of dairy breeding and health of animals, post-harvesting storage facilities for fruits and vegetables.
