To make its Vision Document all inclusive, Haryana BJP on Wednesday said it will take the help of social networking sites and launched a website, facebook page, twitter account and instagram here.
Haryana BJP President Subhash Barala said that the objective was to seek suggestions from people about ‘Hamare Sapnao ka Haryana’ which will be incorporated in the Vision Document and that will be the part of party’s election manifesto for the assembly election.
A committee for drafting vision document has been formed. The committee will be headed by state agriculture minister OP Dhankar. The committee will be responsible for drafting the final vision document after seeking people’s suggestions received through various mediums in the state, Barala added.
Barala said that Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar had flagged off chariot of ‘Sankalp Patra Sankalan Yatra’ in Gurugram. "The roadmap of the development for the next five years in the state will be prepared on the basis of public needs and their expectations,” he added.
Agriculture minister Dhankar said that as a part of vision document drive, senior party leaders have started conducting meeting with intellectuals, industrialists, farmers, youths and people from various fields. Suggestions from people will be accepted through various mediums like social networking sites, by post or others till August 14. Their suggestions will be incorporated in vision document.
“We will make Haryana exactly as the people of the state want. Most of promises made by the party in the manifesto of 2014 assembly election have been fulfilled. There are several works like empowering panchayat financially among others, which were not the part of election manifesto of 2014, has been also completed. The party will prepare its manifesto for the assembly elections on the basis of people’s expectations", he reiterated.
