Haryana Congress chief Ashok Tanwar on Sunday said that the people in the State have been living in peace and amicable relations since ages, but the BJP has spoiled this peaceful cohesion as a result Haryana has been burnt thrice in the last four years.
Tanwar while addressing “Sarvasamaj Bhaichara Bachao Rally” at village Pardhana of Panipat district, cautioned the countrymen, especially Haryanvis to guard against the elements who are trying to divide the society on the basis of religion, caste, region etc.
He alleged that the Chief Minister Manohar lal Khattar have failed to give good governance to Haryana because neither he had the experience of administration nor he tried to learn the rules of governance in a serious way.
All the sections of society including labour, farmers, employees, businessmen have suffered badly under the misrule of BJP. Our Constitution had provided certain rights for the dalits, backwards and women etc., but even for these rights these sections have to come on roads, he said
The Congress leader said that the BJP Government in Haryana is just passing time and is not serious in giving good governance to the state.
Tanwar also alleged that the BJP and INlD are working in coordination. The INlD is dramatizing to raise the issue of SYl on the behest of BJP, so that the votes of the people are divided.
The people of Haryana have seen through this game of BJP and INlD and they will not be misled anymore, he added.
The PCC president also said that the Congress Party is raising the Rafale plane scam through-out the country by organizing meetings and protests. In all the districts of Haryana protest demonstrations will be held from September 7 to 15 and memoranda will be presented to the Deputy Commissioners.
After that on September 30, a state level protest rally to expose the Rafale scam will be held at Panipat. In this scam the country has suffered a loss of over Rs 1 lakh crores. Haryana is particularly concerned with this issue as every 10th soldier is Haryanvi, he said.
