BBMB, under the chairmanship of A.B. Agrawal has won the 3rd Annual "Greentech HR Excellence Gold Award 2013" under Corporate Category for outstanding achievements in “Innovation in Retention Strategies”.
The process involved the submission of nomination paper alongwith the details of HR Practices, personal interview/presentation and final selection assessed by a panel of eminent Judges drawn from senior level in HR field of government, PSUs and private companies.
The award distribution function was held in Goa during the Conference on “HR and Corporate Governance” and was given by Shripad Yesso Naik, Member of Parliament, Goa and Bhaskar Chaterjee, Director General and CEO, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India in a function.The award was received by BBMB Team of Secretary, Director/HRD and Joint Secretary/HRD.
