Himachal Fisheries Minister Virender Kanwar on Friday said that there would be complete ban on fishing in all the reservoirs of the State from June 1 to July 31, besides complete ban on the sale of fish.
The minister said that department of fisheries would organize special camps, where staff would be deputed to keep strict vigil on such activities, if any. Under this process, 16 camps at Pong Dam, 16 at Gobind Sagar Dam, 3 at Kol Dam, 1 at Chamera Dam and 1 at Ranjit Sagar Dam had been already organized.
