Punjab Congress chief Partap Singh Bajwa wants an all party committee to reconsider property tax. “The State Government was forced by the Opposition to postpone the imposition of property tax. Instead, the ruling combine should take the Opposition along and review the tax after consulting with senior officials and experts,” said Bajwa. He questioned, “What facilities are we providing to the urban people in return of imposing this tax.”
