Punjab Congress on Thursday maintained that the SAD-BJP led Punjab Government’s reckless governance in the past six years has driven the state’s economy into “stonewall of de-growth, unemployment and hopelessness”.
“The ideological buffoonery and profligate governance of SAD-BJP Government in last six years has rammed Punjab’s economy into stonewall of de-growth, unemployment and hopelessness,” said Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) president Partap Singh Bajwa President, while addressing a meeting of party workers.
Bajwa said that worst, both Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister were devising sinister designs to circumvent laid down fiscal procedures to sell prime lands “Punjab’s family silver” to fill the revenue and fiscal deficit gaps.
