Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Sunday cancelled all his pre-scheduled engagements due to his ill health. He has also cancelled all his pre-scheduled meetings, slated to be held on Sunday as well as his three-day Sangat Darshan program in Gidderbaha Assembly segment of Muktsar district from July 15 to 17, disclosed the spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s office. He said now, the Sangat Darshan program would be held at Gidderbaha from August 6 to 8 as decided by the Chief Minister.
The doctors attending on the Chief Minister has advised him to take complete bed rest and avoid travelling for next couple of days as he was down with viral fever, added the spokesperson.
