At these centres, various facilities including checking of vehicles would be made available. Besides, training would be imparted to the conductors of Haryana Roadways so as to further improve their conduct,” said Haryana Chief Minister Manohar lal  while presiding over a meeting of Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates (CMGGAs) here.

He said that apart from this, ‘Swach Map’ would be started in 35 more cities of the state on December 25. Similarly, under the learning enhancement programme, text books would be distributed to the students in the beginning of April, 2018.

At present, there are separate windows for providing services related to the registration of vehicles and driving license but efforts are being made to ensure that these services are available at a single window for the convenience of people, said Manohar lal.

To ensure this, single window system on 73 e-disha centres is being scaled up, said he.

The Chief Minister said that with a view to improve the conduct and behavior of conductors of Haryana Roadways, training would be imparted to them in two districts on pilot basis. Besides the conductors, each employee working in the State Government should have a good conduct, he added.

He directed the officers concerned to prepare an authentic data of people of the state and also, asked them to ensure hundred per cent registration of birth and death.

The real time data of the state would help in framing effective policies and programmes of public welfare.

In view of the success of the scheme, CMGGAs have also been deputed in the departments of Police, Agriculture, Ease of Doing Business, Urban local Bodies, Finance and Renewable Energy, he added.

Among those present in the meeting included Rakesh Gupta, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Deputy Principal Secretary Mandeep Singh Brar, OSD to Chief Minister Bhupeshwar Dayal and CMGGAs.
