Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij was admitted to the AIIMS in New Delhi after he complained of breathing difficulties.
The 68-year-old BJP leader was admitted to a private ward of the hospital on Monday night and is under direct supervision of AIIMS Director Dr Randeep Guleria.
“He complained of breathlessness, which could be part of post-Covid complications. His condition is stable,” said a doctor.
Notably, Vij was discharged from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research here on August 31, ten days after he was admitted as his oxygen levels had dropped.
The Minister had contracted COVID-19 last year and was hospitalised for nearly a month then.
