An Administrative Tower will be established near the Mini Secretariat in Gurugram so that all government offices located in the district could be housed together in the same building.
Giving details, a spokesman of the District Administration on Sunday said that detailed discussion has been held for the FAR, tower design and layout-out plan of the Administrative Tower.
He said that 1,500 flats will also be made along with the 'Administrative Tower' for the government officials and employees appointed in Gurugram.
As per layout plan, there would be 25 to 30 meter wide roads all around the administrative tower and residential towers with 3-level parking arrangements. Thus, there will parking arrangement for about 4,000 vehicles in the basement of Administrative Tower, the spokesman said.
There is also a proposal to establish a Women Police Station on about 2,000 square yards in this area besides establishing a club or community centre. Apart from this, some area will also be for Commercial/Convenient shopping, he said.
