Abhay exhorts people to root out Congress

Describing the Bhupinder Singh Hooda regime as ‘failed’ on all front, Ellenabad MlA and senior INlD leader Abhay Singh Chautala exhorted the people to teach a lesson to the State Government of ‘property dealers’ whose Ministers and MlAs did nothing except amassing huge amounts of money by selling the costly land of innocent farmers in the name of development.

Addressing a party worker’s meeting organised in Narnaul town on Wednesday, he said, “I have so far addressed public meetings in 75 Assembly segments of the State and everywhere people are openly criticising the Congress Government, its Ministers and MlAs for not paying any heed towards their grievances. This sort of resentment against the Congress is a clear indication that the people have made up their mind to oust it from power in the coming Assembly polls,” he said.

Accusing local Congress MlA and Chief Parliamentary Secretary (CPS), Rao Daan Singh, of financial impropriety through land deals, Abhay said like other MlAs of the Hooda Government, the INlD would release a CD pertaining to Rao Daan Singh before the Assembly polls.

“The CD will not only expose the CPS’ misdeeds but also apprise the people how the Hooda Government has provided shelter to corrupt politicians and giving them free hand to collect crores of rupees in the name of change of land use (ClU),” said the INlD leader. Motivating the party workers to toil hard for ensuring the party’s victory in the assembly polls, Abhay called upon them to strengthen the party organisation at booth level.

Speaking on the occasion, the party State president Ashok Arora said the Congress Government worked for raising unemployment, crime, inflation and corruption during its last two-stint. All sections of the society had reached on the verge of devastation owing to wrong policies of the Congress Government, he added.
