About 500 youth were given offer letters on the spot at a mega job fair organized by the Haryana labour and Employment Department at Naraingarh in district Ambala.
Minister of State for labour and Employment, Nayab Singh, said that 20 employer industries conducted interviews of 3,158 youth. While the G4S Security, Gurugram, issued offer letters to 382 youth, SIS Security, New Delhi issued 115 offer letters. He said that the State Government was taking a number of steps to provide employment opportunities to the youth.
The Minister said more than 6,000 youth from across Haryana participated in the mega job fair.
He said that more such job fairs would soon be organised at other places in the State for the benefit of the youth.
